KNOW THE DIFFERENCE

UPGRADING AND CRAFTING

Upgrading

Upgrading adds plus levels to an existing item. Use the compatible gem or the appropriate upgrade window and check the displayed success chance, Lime cost and possible failure result before confirming.

Crafting

Crafting creates the next equipment tier. The recipe consumes the correctly upgraded previous-tier item together with its listed materials. The class, equipment type and body slot must match.

Do not over-upgrade a crafting item

Stop at the plus level required by the next recipe unless you intend to keep using the item. Always compare the item with the exact target recipe first.

THE THREE EQUIPMENT PATHS

REQUIRED PLUS LEVELS

Weapons: usually +10

From Hellforged onward, the matching weapon from the previous tier is normally required at +10.

Armour: usually +15

After the first Hellforged step, the matching previous-tier armour piece is normally required at +15.

Meta: usually +5

After the first Hellforged step, the matching previous-tier shield, cape, wings or class-equivalent meta item is normally required at +5.

Special level-320 weapon route

Level-320 weapons follow their own path to +15 before God Weapon conversion. A Great Regent Diamond gives a supported level-320 weapon exactly one guaranteed plus level while it is below +15.

PROTECT THE NEXT ATTEMPT

UPGRADE WARRANTIES

Upgrade Warranties are available from the Laghaim Point Shop. Use the selected Warranty before upgrading; its rate applies to the next eligible upgrade attempt and is then cleared.

Upgrade Warranty (50%)

Sets the next eligible upgrade attempt to a 50% success rate. It improves low-chance attempts but does not guarantee success.

Upgrade Warranty (100%)

Sets the next eligible upgrade attempt to a 100% success rate. Use this Warranty when the next upgrade must be guaranteed.

Activate only when ready

After using a Warranty, do not change maps or leave the game before the intended upgrade. Check the confirmation message, place the correct item into the upgrade window and perform that attempt next.

CHECK BEFORE YOU CONFIRM

SAFE UPGRADE WORKFLOW

  1. Open the exact crafting recipe for the equipment tier you want to create.
  2. Confirm the required class, equipment type, body slot and plus level.
  3. Use the compatible gem or the appropriate upgrade window. Master Marco Dalco handles supported equipment upgrade and conversion routes.
  4. Read the displayed success chance, Lime cost and failure result before confirming.
  5. If needed, activate the correct 50% or 100% Upgrade Warranty immediately before the intended attempt.
  6. Stop when the recipe's required plus level is reached, then collect the remaining crafting materials.
Failure results are not identical

Depending on the item, its current plus level, the chosen gem and the upgrade route, a failed attempt can keep the plus level, reduce it or destroy the item. The result shown for the current attempt is the one that matters.
