The conditions for using the Laghaim NewEarth website, account services and game service.
By creating an account, accessing the website, downloading the client or using the Laghaim NewEarth game service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the current Game Rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Laghaim NewEarth is a fan-operated online game service. Maintenance, updates, technical failures or security incidents may temporarily interrupt access. Features, content and availability may change when necessary to operate or protect the service.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Keep your password and security code private, and contact support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Account sharing and voluntary account transfers are not supported. If you share or transfer access voluntarily, you accept the resulting risk. NewEarth support will not restore accounts, characters, virtual items or currencies lost because account credentials were shared.
You may use the website, launcher and game client only for their intended personal use. Cheating, exploiting bugs, unauthorized automation, interference with the service, attempts to bypass security measures and unauthorized access to accounts or systems are prohibited.
Accounts, characters, Laghaim Points, Fame, Lime and virtual items are parts of the game service. They do not represent legal tender or a bank balance and may not be exchanged for real money through unauthorized trading. Virtual content may be corrected, removed or restored when required to resolve errors, fraud, abuse or security incidents.
Advertising, buying or selling accounts or virtual content for real money or other external compensation is prohibited. Such private transactions are not mediated, verified or protected by NewEarth support. Items, currencies or accounts lost through prohibited external trading are not eligible for restoration.
NewEarth and account registration are free. Laghaim Points are optional virtual points that may be purchased and used only for eligible in-game items and services. Laghaim Points have no cash value and cannot be paid out or exchanged for real money.
Paid Laghaim Point packages are processed through the displayed payment provider. Prices and the number of points included in each package are shown before payment. Points are credited only after the payment provider confirms a completed transaction.
Duplicate, reversed, fraudulent or unauthorized payments may result in the corresponding points or purchased content being removed. Accounts involved in payment fraud may be suspended while the transaction is investigated.
Cancellation and refund rights are governed by applicable law. If you experience a duplicate charge, failed delivery or another payment problem, contact support with the transaction reference. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Access may be restricted, suspended or terminated when an account violates these Terms or the Game Rules, threatens the security or stability of the service, or is involved in fraud or unauthorized access. The applicable penalty depends on the evidence and severity of the violation.
The website may use third-party services such as payment processing or external links. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. Laghaim NewEarth is not responsible for unofficial downloads, websites or services operated by third parties.
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, security requirements or applicable rules. The current version published on this website applies from the stated effective date. Material changes should be announced through the website.
Laghaim NewEarth is an independent fan project and is not presented as an official service of the original game publishers or rights holders. Names, trademarks and game assets remain the property of their respective owners.
This website uses technically necessary session cookies to provide account login, security and payment functions. These cookies are required for the requested website features and are not used for advertising or visitor analytics.
Your browser stores your privacy choice locally so the window does not appear on every page visit. PayPal is contacted only when you actively start a payment.
